The Western Mass. Coalition for Occupational Safety & Health (WMCOSH) seeks
to sublet a portion of its office at 640 Page Blvd, Springfield, to a union
or community activist organization.  This is the Pioneer Valley Central
Labor Council (PVCLC) building across from the old Westinghouse complex.

The space is 168 square feet - furnished, if you want, with two desks with a
telephone and desk chair each, 3 bookshelves, and 3 file cabinets.  Rent
would be $275/month and includes utilities, maintenance, and insurance,
except that a prorated share of snowplowing is extra.

Other tenants of the PVCLC are 4 unions and a credit union.  At no extra
charge, the building includes a meeting hall, lunch room, and basement
storage space.  Shared services at extra charge include DSL Internet access
and digital photocopying/faxing/scanning.
