Looking for a family who wants to live in a co-housing community!
There is a 3-bedroom house for sale in Pathways co-housing community in
Florence, a wonderful mixed generational community with a Common house where
members eat meals together once week, have events with children. We have a
lovely community garden.
There are
guest rooms in the CommonHouse you can sign up if you have company and your
own hous does not have space, and a childrens' toy room. There are also play
equipment in the central area in the middle of all the houses.  It is a
friendcommunity built i the year 2000 with about 28 households total.
 The asking price is $340,000, but  that must not be compared to a 3-bedroom
house lacking all the
extras that come with living in community.  We are a 5 minute drive from the
center of Northampton (also from Florence and Easthampton).
