The Western Mass. Workers' Rights Board report of its July 10 hearing in
Greenfield is now available at

contains minor corrections to what was sent out earlier.)

As the report starts off saying,

MNA began Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) negotiations October 31,
2007, for a
BFMC contract expiring December 31, 2007. Negotiations have continued into
2008 with that
contract on extension. Taking so long to resolve a contract is often a sign
of trouble. ...

And the trouble continues after a bargaining session yesterday that made no
progress.  Please read the report and let the hospital know how you feel.
