On Monday, January 7 at 7am on WAQY radio 102.1FM, Jim Polito, the union
steward and chief investigative reporter at WGGB-TV abc40 who was fired from
his job December 20 by new owner John J Gormally Jr, will discuss the labor
situation at Channel 40.

Next step for workers' rights advocates:  boycotting Channel 40 and possibly
its advertisers ... ?  Charges have been filed with the National Labor
Relations Board and other tactics are being deliberated.  Stay tuned.
