[Antiracism] Employee Free Choice Act Cards

Dear Activists on the Workers' Rights and Street Heat Lists,

 

Thank you! for your role in the campaign to submit the names of 1 million
Employee Free Choice Act supporters to Congress on January 2.

 

The campaign has exceeded its goal by hundreds of thousands!

 

It is bolstered by the election of Barack Obama and a
close-to-filibuster-proof Senate (go Al Franken!) and the nomination of Rep.
Hilda Solis as Secretary of Labor.

 

(It is, of course, seriously challenged by corporate power.  Please visit

to fight the Employee Free Choice Act -

This note is to remind you that if you have any EFCA Cards to send in, now's
the time.  Please send them to the address on the cards, or I will mail in
any you drop off at my office by December 26.
