Seeking male housemate.  One room available for rent with or without furniture
(bed, desk, lamp, bookshelves).  Desktop computer and wireless internet
available for your use in the room.  $400/month including utilities.  Seeking
mature graduate student or working professional.  There are two cats in the
apartment so must be able to live with cats.  Washer and dryer in basement.
Quiet apartment complex, flower gardens and back patio, very close to PVTA
