Thanks! to the folks who leafleted Big Y customers this morning in
Northampton.  Big Y quickly kicked us of its property, so we went to four
entry points.  We distributed several hundred leaflets until we ran out
about 40 minutes later.

Big Y has declared this new Northampton store to be their "flagship," so we
will encourage the Mayor and City Council to follow Springfield's lead and
ask Big Y to remove Tar Heel pork.  Meanwhile, we plan to leaflet the
Chicopee and East Longmeadow stores next.

If you want to help with any of these three particular steps, or more down
the road, please get in touch (note that we'll need Northampton residents to
do the "encouragement" of elected officials).
