THANK YOU! To all who have signed up to leaflet Big Y next week.  

We are putting the teams together now.  Each store's team will decide when
to leaflet - preferably toward the end of the week.  Team captains will be
in touch to work it out.  

They'll soon have leaflets and signs.  We ask for "an hour of power" -
leaflet for an hour or until you run of out leaflets, whichever comes first.
Dress extra warmly.

We're targeting the following stores ...

650 Memorial Drive, Chicopee; 
237 Mohawk Trail, Route 2, Greenfield; 
802 Williams Street, Longmeadow; 
136 North King Street Rt. 5, Northampton; 
1090 St. James Avenue, Springfield; 
800 Boston Road, Springfield; 

... but there's some interest in doing the Amherst store (175 University
Drive) too.

include your phone number.

Saturday December 15
	LEAFLET FOOTLOCKERS TO SUPPORT NEW ERA WORKERS
	11am-Noon, Footlocker in Holyoke Mall, 50 Holyoke St, Holyoke
(536-7031) and 1-2pm, Footlocker in Eastfield Mall, 1655 Boston Rd,
Springfield (543-4306). Students, workers, and community leaders will be
leafleting at Footlocker stores around the world in support of New Era
workers in Mobile, Alabama. For more information on the New Era workers,

Communities and students from the Five Colleges are organizing the local
action. Students are planning to leave from the Smith Campus Center at

candlelight vigil with several religious and community speakers asking and
praying that the #1 importer of goods from China, Wal-Mart, put the safety
