It's a simple pledge. It just takes one minute. And it shows FedEx Ground we
don't take harassing, spying on, intimidating, and firing union supporters
lightly.

Will you forward this email to everyone in your address book, and ask them
to pledge not to ship with FedEx this holiday?

And, of course, HYPERLINK

pledge yourself if you haven't already.

The holidays are FedEx's busiest time of the year. So we're working overtime
too – to stop this outrageous unionbusting campaign by FedEx Ground in its
tracks. Will you help?

Dear friend,

"I pledge not to use FedEx Ground to ship my packages this holiday season."

HYPERLINK "http://action.americanrightsatwork.org/ct/W7ac5Os1dcot/"Take the
pledge

HYPERLINK "http://action.americanrightsatwork.org/ct/W7ac5Os1dcot/"Take the
No-Ship Pledge!

This holiday season, FedEx Ground drivers will work extra hard to deliver
our gifts on time. They provide a valuable service – but their bosses don't
value them enough to respect their rights.

Do you really want your holiday shipping to support a company that would
fire or harass a worker for trying to join a union?

As a consumer, you can deliver a powerful message on behalf of these
workers. A simple pledge.

HYPERLINK "http://action.americanrightsatwork.org/ct/W7ac5Os1dcot/"Take the
pledge NOT to use FedEx Ground to ship your holiday gifts.

For a corporation like FedEx Ground, the slightest whiff of dissatisfaction
among its customers is a serious concern.

Let's face it: if the shipping giant cared as much about the well-being of
its workers as it does about its corporate image, it wouldn't have unhappy
workers in the first place.

So let's remind FedEx Ground executives that the thousands of people writing
letters this month aren't some angry muckrakers – they're customers. We'll
deliver the signatures to company management to show them we mean business.

HYPERLINK "http://action.americanrightsatwork.org/ct/W7ac5Os1dcot/"Pledge to
ship your gifts on a carrier other than FedEx Ground this year.

Then, spread the word to friends and family – make sure they sign the
pledge!

Let FedEx Ground know its customers won't fund unionbusting.
