Energy Use in Our Everyday Lives



      
A bilingual radio series that focuses on energy-related topics


 
    
  
ENGLISH-language series starts November 5, 2006 at 8:45pm

Listen on the radio  or  on the web at  wfcr.org
    
     This is a bilingual (English/Spanish) educational & community action project toward more sustainable energy use in our personal lives.   You can listen to success stories from local residents & groups about how to positively impact the environment, how to reduce electric bills and more.  We also highlight some energy-related resources in Western Massachusetts, Connecticut and  Boston.  

The series will air for 6 consecutive Sundays at 8:45PM as part of TERTULIA on WFCR-88.5FM, starting November 5, 2006. The first three segments are in English and the next three are in Spanish.   All six parts contain unique  information.  We invite you to listen to all six segments.    
      To learn more about the collaborators of the project and the guests we interviewed, you will find a list near the end of this email.  (Spanish-language version of this announcement is below.)

nuestra vida cotidiana


un segmento radial bilingüe que enfoca en temas relacionados a la energía



La serie en inglés comienza el 5 de noviembre 2006.
La serie en español comienza el domingo el 26 de noviembre 2006 
a las 8:45 p.m dentro de la programación semanal de

TERTULIA en la WFCR 88.5 FM.

También nos pueden escuchar a través de la red electrónica en la <wfcr.org>

Esta serie radial educa y motiva al público sobre el uso de la energía en nuestras vidas cotidianas.  Usted podrá escuchar testimonios personales de como impactar positivamente el medioambiente, reducir su cuenta de electricidad y más.  También hablaremos de los recursos que existen en el oeste de Massachusetts, Connecticut y Boston, en relación al consumo de energía.

Los segmentos se difundirán por seis semanas consecutivas: tres segmentos en inglés  y tres en español.  Cada uno de los segmentos tiene su contenido propio.  Esperamos que pueda escuchar los seis segmentos de nuestra serie.





Al final encontrará una lista de nuestros invitados y de todos los que han colaborado en este proyecto.
