    Massachusetts Immigrants Rights (MIRA) colation meeting in Western Massachusetts. Bring your ideas, concerns, and your plans for activities and let's work.

  PROPOSED AGENDA
  I. Introductions and Icebreaker. (20-30 min)
  II. Explain Democracy Summer: Goal of 1,000,000 new voter registrations/citizen applications. (5 min)
  III. Review tools: "Dimensions for Success," "Faces of Power" and "Strategies for Building Power" (5 min)
  IV. The Brockton Action Plan (45 min)
      A. What are our groups planning/doing already? What are our points of synergy?
      B. What strategies for building power do we want to use (and how to incorporate our current work and/or build onto current work)?
      C. Set up information flow so we can keep up-to-date in a timely fashion and send #s to MIRA for the statewide tally. 
  V. Wrap-up (5min)
