Hello,

Just a notification and reminder that the next W. Mass. Social Forum general/outreach potluck meeting will be next Wednesday evening, July 19 from 6:00-8:00 pm at the Brick House Community Resource Center in Turners Falls. See the end of this email for directions to the Brick House. (There will also be carpools leaving from the Greyhound bus station in Northampton and from a location in Amherst. If you need a ride or have room in your car to offer, email swolf at riseup.net)

Below is the agenda for the meeting, followed by directions.  One thing in the agenda is a discussion of the location for the social forum. If you cannot make the meeting but have ideas about the location please email your ideas to this listserv beforehand. 

Agenda
1. 6 pm, people arive and eat dinner. newcomers can watch the social forum  video and will be put up to date about general social forum info, where we are at, have time for Q and A, etc.

2. Location- location committee proposal, pro's and con's of different locations

3. Date

4. Tracks- an update from the tracks committee and a discussion/evaluation of the proposed tracks

5. Outreach/organizing strategies- what we have done so far, what has/has not worked, brainstorm new and creative ways for outreach, organizing and
coalition building

6. People can sign up for committees, set next meeting dates
