[Antiracism] Post-summit & Antiracism network

Greetings Friends,

       We hope this message finds you all in good health and spirit.  In
response to questions and concerns that have been raised recently, please note
that currently, the anti-racism list serve is the only forum for communication
that we have established.  While a website and/or online forum were proposed
during the organizing process and at the summit, these are some of the action
steps that will require the support and leadership of those of you who would
like to take on shaping the post-summit organizing.  

In the meantime, please note the following about the use of this list serve:

       * There are 429 members, so while we encourage use of this forum to build
the movement, let us also try not to dominate/oppress each other with emails 
       * Please limit posts to local anti-racist events, dialogues, announcements
       * Zawadi Nyong'o and Elaina Ellis will continue to use their best
judgement to administer the list until July 15th, 2005
       * If you wish to communicate with a specific individual (administrators
included), please email them directly and not antiracism at lists.hampshire.edu
       * We will use the list serve to announce follow-up meeting dates soon.

Please let us know if you have any suggestions or feedback about this or any
other issue.  Thank you for taking the time to read this email and please feel
