Greetings Friends,

By now you should have received and had a chance to look at the application
packet we mailed or emailed you.  This is just a friendly reminder that we are
asking EVERYONE to fill in application forms - myself included.

The forms are our only way to keep track of numbers, group representation,
follow-up procedures, etc.  We are working on keeping our database updated, so
that it will be useful, not only for the summit preparation, but for follow-up
reports and next steps.

Please fill in and mail us your application form as soon as possible, so that we
can begin to make entries as they roll in.

Again, the application deadline is April 15th, but we hope to analyse all forms
within a couple of days, so the sooner we receive your application, the sooner
we will be able to begin this process.

We are getting more and more excited as the days go by, and look forward to a
day of networking, planning, sharing, expressing, performing, and celebrating
with you all.
