[WHC] Women's Nutrition and cooking night (free food)

Hello,
   THis is Rebecca Buckleystein.  I just wanted to let you guys know that on
Monday march 6th at 6pm the Women's center will be hosting a Nutrition and
Cooking Night.  Essentially the night will be filled with discussions about
what types of food are good to eat and how to prepare them...and then we will
teach how to cook a nutritional (and easy to prepare) meal (and then eat it).
   I;ve attached our flyer about the event and would appreciate it if you would
send this information out to the subscribers of your lists (and of course we
would love to see you all there)
