[Excalibur] Deathfest evals

Thank you all for coming to deathfest!

If you didn't fill out an evaluation form at deathfest, I (and the rest of
the DMs) would appreciate it if you took the time to send me a brief email
letting me know how you felt about the event. Tell me which tier 1 you were
in (either tell me your GM's name, describe him/her, or give me an idea of
the story, and i'll figure it out). I'll remove your name from it before i
print it out, so it will be anonymous. If you want specific questions to
answer, let me know, and i'll give you a list.

Remember, the more feedback you can provide, the better deathfest will be
next semester!
