[Excalibur] signers for next year's excalibur

Hey folks,

It's time for established group funding to happen.  The current signers 
for Excalibur are me, Chris, and Pip.  I know Pip leaves at the end of 
the year, and I need to step down so I can concentrate on my Div-III.  
Let's find a replacement for Pip now, and if anyone else wants to step 
up, please do so.  We'll go over the funding forms, I'll give you 
everything I know, etc.  I'll still be here next year, too.  I just 
need to not have so much on my plate, but Excalibur needs to have 
signers
