[Excalibur] Deathfest Reminder Time!

  I tend to agree with you, Dillon.  Deathfest should be designated as
"Killer-free" the moment a player steps into FPH.  Speaking from past
experience, I know Deathfest is crazy enough by itself; perish the thought of
adding in the paranoid of Killer into the mix.  Deadly *and* chaotic.
  However, Killer is directly sponsored by Mythos, not Excalibur.  This is why I
involve Mythos in the discussion.  The decision to make Deathfest "Killer-free"
should ultimately land in their laps (or, at least one person's or group of
persons' laps specifically).  I merely wish to keep Excalibur "in the loop".
